Road PinsDelete your Road Pins account
Signing in to Road Pins is optional. If you signed in, you can delete your account and the online copy of your pins at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Road Pins and tap Settings.
- In Keep your pins safe, tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete my account.
This deletes your account and the copy of your pins kept online. The pins on your phone stay there.
No longer have the app?
Email will@digirunestudios.com from the email address you signed in with (your Apple or Google account), with the subject "Delete my Road Pins account". We will delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What is deleted
Your Road Pins account and sign-in record, and the online copy of your saved map (pins, the dates you added, map names and app settings). Photos were never online: they stay only on your phone.
What is kept
A small record holding only your random account id and the time of deletion, so your other signed-in devices cannot copy your pins back online. Pins already on a phone or tablet stay on that device until you clear them in the app or uninstall Road Pins. Any purchase record the Apple App Store or Google Play keep under their own rules.
